We look at each new project uniquely with respect to our historical performance to evaluate the required skill sets to deploy.  Like us, each client and each project is different and present complexities in varying ways requiring different members with specific skill set to achieve maximum values, control costs, and delivery within the set schedule.

Pre-Qualifications

We have been working with many subcontractors in California and Texas, and are networked with many others throughout the United States.  Three Buddhas have also acted as a Subcontractor for larger firms requiring specific expertise in the Hospitality and Retail Industry.

For each specific trades, we have Pre-qualified subcontractors ready to bid and execute our projects.  Having had the network in place, Three Buddhas can deploy our crews without delays to meet your aggressive schedule.
