Fast-Track

As the design team finalizes the design and start producing construction documents, Three Buddhas are confirming bids from vendors and subcontractors for trades that are confirmed by the team.  The result is a Fast-Track project that typically enables construction to begin with the basic construction documents and details necessary and approved by the local governing agencies.

While the foundation and core of the facility is being constructed, our team including subcontractors and craftsmen collaborate with architects and engineers to work on the proceeding trades.
